Friday: Where We Have Been
On Friday, we will initiate the process of evolution with activities geared towards reflecting on where we have been in our lives. By acknowledging and honoring our past. We will begin the process of clearing stagnant energy and releasing experiences and current conditions that may be holding us back.
Saturday: Where We Are Now
On Saturday, we will focus on where we are at in the present moment. Each offering throughout the day is a practice of being aware of how we are feeling, processing those emotions, and release anything unwanted. We will soak up the creativity, nature, rest and relaxation with the intention of building momentum around those experiences and projecting that into the future.
Sunday: Where We Are Going
Now that we have focused on where we have been in the past and where we are now, we will dive into where we are going in the future on Sunday. Each offering will be an opportunity to visualize and materialize our dreams.
